If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

We cannot refund the delivery charges you have paid for the item.
Please use 'Signed For' delivery as we can not be responsible if the item is lost during postage. The charges for sending back will be paid by the sender.
Items must be received back within 14 days (by law) of receiving for the refund to be processed (otherwise proof of shipping before the date is required).
The conditions for return are that the item must be unworn (except trying for size), unused, complete (with all articles: top, bottom, scarf), unwashed without any sign of wear, tear, makeup, stains, odours, perfume, damage, alteration & with the original tags attached in it's original condition. We are not liable for tears if the item is to be found tight or misused during trying.
Sale items cannot be returned but only exchanged or we can offer credit note for them.
All items (for exchanges or refunds) are subject to inspection upon return before being processed. Should the returned item meet the conditions, it will be refunded within 10 working days.
